WALK-THROUGH AND REPORT
Walk through the entire property, inside and out, taking no less than 50 pictures for the report. Note services that need to be done. Suggest services, and provide quotes when requested, based on our professional opinion. DEEP CLEANING SERVICE & TRASH REMOVAL
Deep Cleaning Service includes:
⦁ Floors-Vacuum, sweep and mop all floors.
⦁ Kitchen– Fridge int/ext and underneath (Note- we do not fix ice makers or replace missing/broken parts), Oven and stovetop interior and underneath, Range Hood, microwave, sink and faucet, backsplash and countertops, drawers and cabinets, pantry, run the dishwasher for freshness.
⦁ Bathroom– Sinks and faucets, mirrors, toilet, bathtub/shower and faucets, medicine cabs, drawers, and cabinets.
⦁ Laundry Room– Appliances exterior and underneath (we can clean the interior for an extra fee)
⦁ All other areas of interior– Receptacles, fans, light fixtures, air vents and ceiling return, doors and knobs, trim around doors, window tracks and sills, interior windows and first-floor exterior, blinds
⦁ Exterior– Sweep front and back patio, sweep out the garage.
